ExactMats® Auto

If you are not 100% satisfied with your ExactMats® purchase, you can return your order for a full refund, less shipping, as long as we receive them within 60 days of your original order date. Because ExactMats® Auto products are custom-cut for the year, make, and model of each vehicle, returns must naturally be unused, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging.

 

To request a return, email us with the reason for your return and your order number, or call us at 888.395.6004 to request a return over the phone.

 

If you believe that your order was filled incorrectly or the product received was damaged, please contact us via phone at 888.395.6004 or email us. Please include your order number with your inquiry.

 

NOTE: All returns must be sent by mail. We will not process any returns in person.

 

Once your return has been received and inspected to ensure it meets our return criteria (usually within three business days of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be issued to your original form of payment, typically within seven business days. Please note that this could take longer depending on your credit card company and their processing methods.

 

ExactMats® Home & Office

When a product is custom-ordered, it’s typically sized for a very specific reason or use. So naturally, for custom, made-to-order items purchased according to a customer’s specific direction (dimensions, material type, etc.), returns are not viable. The exception is if we make a mistake on our end and don’t deliver what you ordered. Because we place such a large emphasis on quality control, this rarely happens. However, in such cases, the item would be returnable and a replacement sent back to you.
