About the ExactMade Concierge Service Program
What is Concierge?
Our customers find great value in protecting the important surfaces in their homes, like shelves, drawers, and cabinets. While some prefer to install shelf and drawer liners as a do-it-yourself project, others prefer a full-service solution. That's why we offer "ExactMade Concierge", a program designed to make it simple and easy to beautifully safeguard your valued surfaces, without lifting a finger.
Teaming up with top-tier service providers (Concierge Service Professionals -CSP's), allows us to transform the often-tedious measuring and installation processes into seamless,
"white glove" experience.
How does the Concierge Service Program work?
The Concierge program is designed to be simple and straightforward:
1) Complete the short request form to get started (this form helps us understand the scope of your specific project).
2) Next, we'll introduce you to a qualified CSP who will work with you every step of the way, including explaining the program in full, sharing product and service pricing (measuring, installing, product pricing, and more). If you like what you hear (and we think you will) your CSP will schedule a convenient in-home measuring appointment.
3) Your CSP will arrive to take measurements, and once the quote is approved, will place your order for you.
4) Your CSP will reach out to schedule your installation appointment or product delivery.
Is the Concierge Service available in my area?
We are continuously expanding our network of approved CSPs. While we strive to provide service in as many areas as possible, some locations may not yet be covered. Feel free to reach out to check availability in your area!
Pricing and Payment
How much does it cost to hire a CSP?
CSPs charge an hourly rate, depending on the marketplace. Rates vary by provider and typically range from $80 to $150/hour (some may charge a booking fee to lock in the appointment – refundable if canceled at least 48 hours before the appointment). We committed to working with only highly-regarded, qualified professionals, who bring a wealth of knowledge and skills to the table.
What do ExactMade Products cost?

Can I protect other surfaces besides shelves and drawers?
Absolutely! Alongside shelf and drawer lining, your CSP can help you protect a variety of surfaces, including tables, desks, and floors - even non-standard shaped surfaces! The sky is the limit! Just let them know what you need!
Where is your production facility?
We produce all of our custom / made-to-order products at our facility in Houston, Texas. We use high-quality materials, primarily sourced in the U.S., ensuring safety and durability.
What customization options are available?
You name it! Whether it be a size, shape, thickness, texture, corner shape, or other customization request, the odds are that we can help! Your CSP will share all these options with you and will recommend the best solutions based on the surfaces you want to protect.
Are your products safe?
All of our products meet rigorous safety standards and are free of BPA, phthalates, lead, or dangerous off-gassing.

Who warranties the products and the work?
ExactMade stands behind the quality of our surface protection products with a comprehensive warranty. For any work done by a CSP, please refer to them for any applicable individual service warranties.

Shipping and Delivery
What’s the turnaround time?
Once your CSP places your order, products are typically produced and shipped within a week or so. Delivery time will depend on your shipping arrangements and distance from our facility.
